Pine is a beautiful Mountain Valley located
about 50 miles NE of Mountain Home, Idaho. |

| Climate |
|
The summer months run in the 80's and 90's and cools off just enough in the evenings for a wonderful nights sleep. Winters will
average in the 20's and 30's. The snow level will average 3' to 5' on the ground. |
| Population |

There are approximately 80 full time residents and over 600 property owners. However not all the property has been developed. |
| Recreation |
|
The Valley is full of fun things to do. You
can spend the day on Anderson Ranch Dam fishing, boating or swimming. Lots of Mountains to hike, camp or picnic. Winter
will give you over 200 miles of groomed trails to snowmobile on. |
| Schools |
|
Pine has a wonderful 1 room school from kindergarden through 8th grade. 9th grade
through 12th will commute to Mountain Home. |
